ATV in Kauai?

Also, if you can answer this question, where is a good, centralized location i can say that has a great beach and sunset view??

I would say Kauai is the most beautiful natural island in Hawaii.

I looked online (as I’m sure you have) and I couldn’t find anything for ATV rentals. You might try contacting the companies directly to see if they will rent the machines to you without having to go on a tour.
Kauai has lots of wonderful beaches! To get a good sunset view, you will need to be on the west side, of course. Try Salt Pond, Polihale, or Kekaha.
