Honeymoon on the island of Kauai?

What are the must-sees on the island? I would love to do Waimea Canyon and was curious to know if there was a horseback tour and how to book it? What else is there to do on the island? What have you experiences been while travelling there?
I tend to avoid beaches (sun and pale skin don’t mix!) and am much more adventure oriented. All these ideas are great!

Hmm the must-sees are definetly not ones that you find in a guidebook…Kauai is perfect for exploring. But, if you want to check out some memorable things, go to Polihale, hike hanikapiai, go to any beach, zipline, etc.
as for horseback riding, check out Silver Falls Ranch. Its the best ranch on the island.
