I especially like Liko-Kauai and refer them to all our clients. They use a motorized “real” boat, not a dinghy, or zodiac. They can move quickly and slowly, and they can enter caves. The crew is very knowledgeable and gives a good narration of what you are seeing. Even the lunch is good. It is a tour not to be missed — one of my favorites.
