Tips for a Hawaiian Wedding?
valarie_times asked:
We are planning a Hawaiian Beach Wedding. Most likely on Kauai ‘s South Shore. I am looking for ANY advice on location, attire, extras, wedding planners, flights, discounts etc etc etc. We are trying to do this romantic, fun , beautiful and yet all at a reasonable price. Thank you for any help!!

Well, frankly, I would send out wedding invitations that say, “We are getting lei’d in Hawaii” And, by the way, the Hanalei Colony Resort (NOT hanalei bay resort) is the best place in Hawaii. The south shore, Poipu, too hot for the older aunts and uncles.

One can get some great deals to Hawaii depending on which island, but it’s probably best to organize this for the months which are least busy tourist wise, and at the risk of taking accommodation that is not recommended, even the worst hotels can be fun, if you have all your vaccinations and meds with you. Be sure to buy health insurance!

A freind of mine is having her hair done down with a flower on one side (for single) and afterward having her hair put up and moving the flower to the other side (for taken). I think its a nice way to show ur love. Kinda sweet. I wish I could remember which side was which. I am sorry. Here’s a link that may help!
